Devar Torah: Rabbi Elliott reflects on the 39th World Zionist Congress.
Just back from five days in Jerusalem as an alternate for the World Zionist Congress (WZC), Rabbi Elliott will share his insights and observations. The WZC is a legislative body representing Jews living outside of Israel that works in conjunction with the Knesset, Israel's Parliament, to shape its future. The WZC allocates about $5 billion dollars and works between sessions to implement its resolutions.
